Illuminate IT Support
The quickest way to get support, either logging a ticket or chatting to our engineers, or to check progress on current tickets, is through our support panel. You will see the green IT box in your System Tray (beside the clock on the bottom right hand side of your screen).
If you'd prefer to email, you can raise a ticket by emailing helpdesk@illuminate-it.co.uk.
You can also call us 8.30 am to 5.30 on 0131-603-5500. If you need help urgently, make sure you call us rather than use any of the other methods.
