PKAVS Volunteer Committee Meeting

The PKAVS Volunteer Committee met for the first time in 2025, and we had a great discussion. One of our volunteers joined us, which was fantastic to see and a great sign of increasing engagement.

We’re happy to share that the committee is working on a Volunteer Impact Report, which will be published later this year. This report will showcase the impact our volunteers have on PKAVS and the wider community. We can’t wait to bring this together and celebrate all the amazing work they do!

We are also lucky to have Emily Skilton from the TSI team on the committee who was talking about the Be The Change website. It’s a very useful website that connects people with volunteering opportunities across Perth and Kinross.

The Committee also agreed that we will hold our Volunteer Appreciation Event on 7 June 2025. We’ll be sending out invitations soon, and we are looking forward to celebrating our volunteers together!
